Information handling
Share It Go is a local file-transfer application. When you select a file, its contents and filename are sent directly to the receiving device that you connect to on the same local network. The receiving user must accept the incoming transfer.
The app does not collect personal information for the developer and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. It does not sell or share user data with third parties.
Device access
The app uses network access and Wi-Fi state to enable local-device transfers. File selection is performed through Android's system file picker. The app does not request access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, SMS, or call logs.
File storage and retention
Files accepted by the receiving user are stored in the app's private storage on that device. They remain there until the user clears the app's data or uninstalls the app. The developer does not receive or retain those files.
Security
Transfers include an integrity check intended to detect changes to the transferred payload. The current version uses a local-network development transport and should not be used for sensitive, confidential, financial, health, or identity documents.
Your choices
You control which files you select. You can decline an incoming offer, stop using the app, clear its data, or uninstall it.
Children's privacy
Share It Go is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
